Outdoor Nature Explorers at Red Oak Elementary School in Shakopee has brought about some fun adventures. We had snow on the ground last week but this week we were able to see some mud and grass.
There were some really cool galls on goldenrod stalks. Many were from last year. We could see where the larva had eaten their way out and we saw many new galls as well. A muskrat swam past us on our hike. We saw several geese and a few ducks. Can't wait for next week! |
